‘Brain Injury’ is an immersive installation that takes the viewer on a journey through a sequence of changing sensory experiences as a brain suffers trauma.  Sensations are converted into the form of a series of damaged brains, depicting the different feelings experienced by someone in the throws of an aggressive migraine. The viewer will then progress into the inner shell of the installation where sound, light and vision will be used to create an atmosphere of fluctuating awareness; The overwhelming confusion experienced by many when semi-conscious and injured, of hospital sounds, to memories resurfacing and time passing erratically.
