Brain Matters 2-
The Parkinson's Project

The Parkinson’s Project will be an installation to give the viewer an impression of the externalisation of what is occurring internally. The man will be sculpted in a way that suggests life is becoming more restrictive.

The over-large china neurones, will have a fragility and beauty of their own and represent the cause of the symptoms. Alongside this will be works of art produced by artists with Parkinson’s disease.

The Installation will initially be presented at Chatham Historic Dockyard, The Clocktower Building as part of the 'We are Here Collective', MA Graduation Show.
