Guildhall Museum - Whats goes up and comes down? The two bolts in Kits Coty!

Lily, Alex and myself carried on chiseling out the wood that was obstructing the fixing bolts but it still wouldn't go together! In the end we had to lay the entire structure down to give us a chance to see what the problem was.

Eventually one bolt would only travel upwards, and one downwards. How weird is that?! ​

Still, once we had worked them a bit the problem was sorted out and it was all together.Its looking really good. Lastly today we filled in any holes with expanding foam. Any surfaces we did not want to stick together were protected with newspaper and masking tape.
